Curatorial text:

Experimentation is a diffuse field, it is often based more on intentions than on results. Although the Chilean audiovisual field is not exempt from having experimental works, they are still rare birds. They achieve little diffusion, few comments, few viewers. They are always in direct confrontation with the public's tolerance… diffuse, fixed, pixelated, dark images… Experimentation is always condemned to go further, the image production system assimilates new techniques, making the new old. This exhibition exhibits certain proposals made by a series of Chilean directors, each with their own perspective, point of view, technique, etc. Against the homogeneous, we respond with the diversity of the experiments and their failures.
